You know how excited you get at the beginning of every year when it's time to set a New Year's resolution?
You think to yourself, this year is finally the year that it's going to happen. I'm finally going to lose the weight, or train for that marathon, or change jobs.
Then what happens?
A few weeks go by, and you slowly start to lose motivation. Then you slowly start to quit, and next thing you know, you're back to where you started.
If this is you, it's okay, you're not alone.
Most people start to slowly quit on their goals about 20 days in.
But, as you know, there's nothing unique about January 1st and goal setting.
You can choose a goal and achieve it anytime of the year.
If you want to create a fool-proof plan to achieve any goal you set, then you've got to join me for my 2-part series:
How to Achieve Any Goal You Set.
In Part 1, you'll learn how to set a goal, make it foolproof, and get to work immediately to create it.
In Part 2, you'll learn why you procrastinate and how to stop.
This training is for you if:
- You have a goal you want to achieve
- You want to stop quitting on your goals
- You want to set a goal and stick to it
- You want to stop procrastinating and start getting things done
Imagine how amazing it will be when you finally start achieving every goal you set.
See you there!
I'm Vanessa Calderon, MD
I was the ultimate hyper-achieving, ambitious leader.
I graduated with two professional degrees, including a Master's degree from Harvard (because an MD wasn't enough).
I did everything to optimize every second of my day. Within one year of my residency training, I was appointed chief of my department and was offered my first executive role as Chief Medical Officer soon afterward.
I was also a mom of two young kids, which meant I was up working before my kids would awake and back to work after they went to sleep. I overworked consistently and with pride. Even though I'd say my family was my first priority, my calendar was overbooked with work commitments, leaving little time for anything else. Though I was hustling, I wasn't achieving the results I wanted in all areas of my life.
I knew there had to be a different way.
Using the tools I now teach in my webinars and courses, I was able to tap into new parts of my brain that helped me improve my productivity and do more with less time.
I'm still effective and creating big things, but I am doing so with ease and joy. And, I now have more free time and mental space to be present for the people I love.
